Emily L. Benekos, M.D., graduated from Grace College in Winona Lake, Ind. She attended medical school at the University of Arizona in Tucson and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology there as well.
Dr. Benekos, formerly Emily Reber, is a native of Apple Creek, Ohio. Prior to medical training, Dr. Benekos was a chemist and biologist. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Benekos is former chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wooster Community Hospital.
